####: (CONT.):One might also say that prior to you filing suit you had a field day with these new "apps" as you call them and as you have stated the only thing you were NOT supposed to do is tell anyone about them

****:Nor did I until the relations with my so called mentors /steerers broke down to such a point

####:That they wanted to kill you,you have stated ..or have you exit "the program" on your own esteem.Because you made no concessions whatsoever to your rather enviable position

****:I would not call it enviable. You have been misinformed.

####:Who would not like to be what they call an urban astronaut. To be one of the first. To be coddled and taught and shown things.

*****:I assure you I was not coddled by them

####:But you must admit you GOT OFF on it.That you played with IT with them for as long as YOU chose to and as I have stated made absolutely no concessions to "the program".In so far as you have filed suit against them you have in essence betrayed a certain trust

****:There was no trust, there were no rules

####:Clearly you had a mind of your own to do whatever you liked during the cybernetic process as youy saw fit to write about something you were not even supposed to speak about to close family members as some kind of free for all art project or something all the while may I remind the court essentially online with his Mentors whom he saw fit to cast as villians and hatemongers..

****:In my defense I tried my best to add just enough fiction to the mix to protect everyone involved

####:Do you recall an entry you made about what you refer to as The New Way on June 18th Mr ****placing historical contect to The New Way that in no way exists?

1934-Jonathan Rainy was in good company at the Cold Springs Harbour conference.Beside him "Hap" Hornby ,,an animator at the newfound Hornby Studios,Hap's dedication to visual and now sound beautification and wholesomeness second only to his dedication in The New Way ethic

 1993-
almost 70 years had past since what remained of the Cold Springs Group *had sat freely discussing what was now unmentionable at The TED Conference  focusing on Intraneural  Mindscape Readings and Intraneural Interface  Inception. Technique.*Odd how the "future" brought with it so much "old world" censorship especially concerning this ridiculous notion that everyone was the same. That everyone was equal. And special. And somehow necessary.Necessary for what ?For who's sake?
Gary's father was old enough to be able to speak freely at family functions of his notions and promotion of the obvious differences in "humanhood" .Old enough to refer to Dome's acquisition of TruGeneics Corp. as  the Eugenics Corp without so much as a grimace or castigation from the usually grimacing castigations of Harry Levitt who could shrug off  Granpa Rainy's "unseemly, politically "uncorrectness"as Old Man Marvelous Mutterings"so out of style with the times that it's very vulgarity seemed almost refreshing like an old army  man'stale tales about prostitutes and bullfights..Never mind that lately heir to the Dome  Gary Rainy  had begun speaking more and more like his father ,as if the new style of the times was" the old".So old that Gary had seen fit to propose that The Springs Group go back to it's original name of The Cold Springs Harbour Group which  had seen  fit to reinvent or at least rename itself (The Springs Group)when Eugenics or what Jonathan Rainy called Human Betterment *through science became synonymous with THEM  OVER THERE in the late 1930's.

... Brain-Computer Interfaces, where you can control hardware and software with your thoughts only. When you think about it, using a keyboard and mouse, or even a touch screen, to input information into a computer is similar to going through a middle man. Everything you input with a mouse and keyboard is first created as a thought, so with BCI technology you can cut out the middle man and input information directly from the source

  •  International Conference on Biomedical Engineering and ... uses a collaborative BCI to interpret private thoughts and  improve overall performance
  • **The Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory (CSHL)  a private, non-profit institution with research programs focusing on  neurobiology, genetics, genomics and bioinformatics. began its history in 1890 as an extension of the Brooklyn Institute of Arts and Sciences; in 1904, the Carnegie Institution of Washington established the Station for Experimental Evolution at Cold Spring Harbor on the site. In 1921, the station was reorganized as the Carnegie Institution Department of Genetics.[2]
From 1910 to 1940, the laboratory was also the home of the Eugenics Record Office of biologist Charles B. Davenport and his assistant Harry H. Laughlin, two prominent American eugenicists of the period..The United States was the first country to concertedly undertake compulsory sterilization programs for the purpose of eugenics. The principal targets of the American program were the mentally retarded and the mentally ill, but also targeted under many state laws were the deaf, the blind, people with epilepsy, and the physically deformed...some 25,000 Native American women were forcibly sterilized against their will. Some sterilizations took place in prisons and other penal institutions, targeting criminality, but they were in the relative[citation needed] minority. In the end, over 65,000 individuals were sterilized in 33 states under state compulsory sterilization programs in the United States.[33]][34]

The Oregon Board of Eugenics, later renamed the Board of Social Protection, existed until 1983,[39] with the last forcible sterilization occurring in 1981.[40] California sterilized more than any other state by a wide margin, and was responsible for over a third of all sterilization operations.
In 1944 Barbara McClintock discovered transposons ("jumping genes"), for which she received the 1983 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine. In 1952 the experiments of Alfred Hershey and Martha Chase at the laboratory confirmed DNA as the genetic material. The laboratory is also known for the work of Max Delbrück and Salvador Luria on phage and molecular genetics. Another CSHL scientist Richard J. Roberts received a Nobel prize for the co-discovery of introns and RNA splicing.[3]
The first annual Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory Symposium on Quantitative Biology was held in 1934.

****: I hesitate to mention that there is some truth to some of my jottings in reference to established histories concerning certain documentation I have discovered concerning sponsership beyond the motion picture industry or ----
that does in fact make me wonder

####Yes Mr ****one wonders WHY they didn't kill you already. One wonders just whom should be seeking restitution here.
