The Leaders of the Legacy  had to get rid  of RFD chips they had recovered from 4 young men of the Jewish persuasion ,and 2 homosexuals that had  jumped from the highest bridge in the small southern town

as a  reporter had somehow gotten some “inside” information that certain “hate groups” had hacked  into Dome /Proxy Cyber to gain access to early versions of  intraneural interface technology that Dome had  developed for Parasol Pictures and Neuronautics  in the early 1990’s

It turned out however .... that the “hacking” was actually done "in house", a preemptive move   to divert possible  public attention  away from evidence that the now  out of date  inserts" had been  given  to various “fringe groups” such as the Leaders of Legacy to both cover initial start up costs in the late 1980’s  and elicit  the help of "heavies" from such foundations to keep procured "subjects" from talking...
