......In 1962  Truman Weaver and Gary Rainy's   research shifted to psycho-kinesis . Tru's first wife Dory's brain rate was 9 hertz as was his at the time.Weaver and Rainy created a primitive monitor that Measured ELF(extreme low frequency)brain patterns.Both began extensive travels seeking answers and abilities from shaman and other practioners of "knowing without knowing" and remote viewing

The more sinister aspects of PSI entered not only his research but his personal life.He broke off relations with Gary Rainy in 1967 and continued his Neural research in South America and later Haiti.in the early 70's he began a decade long descent into both drugs and wrote several papers on witchcraft and white magic .He returned to the United States in the early 1980's and made a small fortune patenting a specific mind enhancing compound said to increase a trained Neuralist's ELF patterns by 21%

On July 4, 1976
Nikola Tesla had shown in 1901 that a person could transmit power across the earth through the ground. The Russians were emitting an 11 Hertz signal (cycles per second) across the world. This powerful signal upset radio communications everywhere. Many nations protested.
