walking along,towards the park, in the humid air ,I thought ,for me to go on at all with this "story"
without some presentation of the hard science involved with "the process"was impossible
without losing a few fingers
or a few teeth at the very least
so i had bought some books.
i figured if it's in a book
and if I write it from the book
there is no way i can rightly "get into trouble" with my "mentors"
since I am not giving away anything private
a tedious book full of math and jargon
 surprisingly boring as hell
considering the subject at hand

silent invisible frequencies and such that can  change mood,induce thoughts, and
stimulate sexual or aggressive areas of the brain

someone had to develop it.
it was inevitable
and unfortunately
other countries are going at it full bang
so yes it's a tad terrifying to think of a large powerful government or something to have this technology
the usa in fact is quite transparent about it's acquisition and investment  of such specialized innovation

it's comon knowledge that certain agencies of change have spent nearly
 4 billion dollars worth  on this equipment
and there is brick a brack amongst the
and about 500,000 "volunteers"trying out other Mind-ie maneuvers
 since 1952

some of the wusses went all loco and shit
it's a fine line
 being that the intention of "Brain Games" is to instigate  a host of Psychological Pathologies







the problem is that
the same computer and science depts that have created this work
for the "good guys"
have taken it upon themselves to sell elements of the concepts
of Neural Data transmission and collection
to 'the bad guys"
and since much of this work is on the nano side of the measuring stick
it aint like one is hauling around a rocket

the paranoia of finding out which "faction" has what becomes even more confusing
when one considers that with mind reading technology
it is beyond easy to find out nearly anything

so thus far we have covered....

a.everybody knows about this "stuff"
b.everybody knows "the bad guys" or corperations always end up with this stuff
c.private industry is developing the same stuff for things like medicine,gaming and enetertainment
d.everybody knows that the ramifications of "mind control or brainwashing"with an actual device that gets inside your consciousness .is probably.well,not a very nice thing to do to someone
e.there will always be someone who thinks it is

(it is in the early stages.
the only people who know how it works are the test subjects and controlers.
the test subjects are thrown away for this reason...for instance you don't hear about all the people who might have died from faulty tests of a vaccine
and trust me you won't hear about anyone who has been "game boy' for intraneural interface ")

one might think being some kind of New World Man might bring .some prestige
but anyone personally involved with such projects
at least on the receiving end
tends to end up either homeless, crazy or dead
kinda goes with the territory
