church windows .Dead Jimbos

he
sat
in
a
car
outside
of ralphs
in van nuys on beverly blvd
and watched me
walking along the side walk THAT NIGHT
"the night of broken glass"
last November
and he knew
what they were doing to me
as he had
played with "the new stuff" previously

i made eye contact with him briefly .not as a 'star" but what i knew him to be
and what I later found out
he "will be"

i suppose every  one is in some way owned to a dgree
but one can still make moral choices
he is an intelligent formidable man
and it is a probability
he will be a charasmatic leader
..
he will not get my vote
